The room was spacious and modern. It was located conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to get around 🚗. The hotel was situated in a pleasant area, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.

The service was great, that made the hotel great modern and fancy place. Liked beautifully maintained room with 2 double beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Appreciated Amherst, the hotel was fancy in the suburban area. My room included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an electronic key card. The service offered was attentive. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was free. The location of the venue was central, close enough to the airport and major shopping locations and the adjoining restaurant called Sonoma Grill.

Everything was clean and great, including the well-maintained, huge room with 2 double beds and a queen bed. The very, very nice staff provided quick responses to my needs. The hotel's stunning location is a nice base for exploring Amherst.

The service provided by the receptionist. She was polite ,humble and courteous. Breakfast was good too.

The floor equipped with non smoking room -should be 100% smoke -free, because one smoker staying next to the non -smokers is enough to ruin the whole environment. We booked non-smoking room but as soon as we entered the hallway of the 2nd floor it was suffocating and even the room was stinking. We carried this odour back home in our siutcase and clothes. Otherwise I could mark my comfort to excellent!

Spent a great time at this pet-friendly spot. Our room had 2 big beds that were super cozy. 🐾 The beds were comfortable and the room was well-kept and spacious.

Hotel staff were friendly & accomodating. The room was clean. The highway was very close to the hotel so I could get to my shopping locations within minutes. A very convenient location. A Tim Hortons 2 blocks away what more could I ask for.

Did not feel safe. Both key holes on my door (inside motel) had been tampered with which made me feel unsafe. I had pressed the inside (button) lock on both doors (inside and outside doors) as the note on the door suggested for more security and the following day when I returned to my room there was a note from maintenance asking me not to do that. I have travelled solo many times but this made me feel unsafe.
